Mineral Wells Holiday Craft Show

The Mineral Wells Holiday Craft Show is held the second Saturday in November at Mineral Wells Elementary School in Mineral Wells, West Virginia. Over 1,300 shoppers come for this one day event that features products from over 120 amazing crafters and vendors, We also serve lunch in the cafeteria, so plan to spend the day with us. It’s a great place to buy unique gifts and decorative Christmas items. The event is hosted by Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Place: Mineral Wells Elementary School (directions)
Admission: $2.00 per person ages 12 and up
Open to crafters of hand-made items and commercial businesses such as Tupperware, Pampered Chef, etc.
We limit Commercial vendors to 1 per type (Example: 1 Tupperware). Commercial vendors should contact the show coordinator before sending in their registration.
Cost: $30.00 per space. Additional $5 for electric. We require no commission on sales. Spaces in gym and cafeteria are 8’ x 6’. Hall spaces are 15’ x 3’ and you must sit beside your table. Please plan your space to include your tables, displays and sitting area. We also have some outside spots available should this type of space better fit your product. Crafters must bring their own tables and chairs.
Wifi: We do not have access to the school wifi, and service is very difficult to get especially in the gym and cafeteria. Do not plan on relying on credit card processing for customer payments.
Registration/payment deadline: October 31, 2020. Returning vendors: If you wish to reserve the same space as last year, money and registration form must be in by Spetember 1, 2020.
If you have already registered for the 2020 year, your registration will be held to use for the 2021 show. You will be contacted by the committee and if you would like a refund it shall be given.
